Mailbox maintenance is the responsibility of the homeowner. Mailbox evaluations are conducted regularly. Avoid fines by keeping your mailbox maintained to community standards. Specifications including paint color, handle style and measurements can be found in the New Homeowner Welcome Packet above, in the section - 'mailboxes'.

SNOW EMERGENCIES
Please move all vehicles off the streets
during periods of heavy snowfall. This will
allow proper plowing and allow for any
emergency vehicles to navigate the roads.
